Our focus is the transition from education into work...
We want to develop the role of transition partners, specialist who work in partnership with individual students, their family, teachers and employers. Supporting the young person on their journey from the final years of education into their first years in work.
Our story...
C2W was founded by Dave Victor and his daughter Amelie.
Dave has been the Head of 2 special schools. He is a qualified job coach and has studied supported employment in Europe, The United States and Australia.
Amelie is autistic. She left education with a desire to work, but her anxiety presented barriers to gaining paid employment.
Dave was introduced to the role of a Transition Partner when studying in New York City. They provide an individual service, supporting the young people on their journey from education into employment. C2W is developing the role of Transition Partners in the UK.
