Chance2Work

Bridging the gap

Helping young people* transition from education to work

* who have additional needs including: autism, learning difficulties, physical &/or sensory disabilities.

What we do...

Our starting point is the strengths, interests and aspirations of each young person.
We design our support to match individual needs, interests and wishes.
In partnership with the young person and their family we coach heathy and social lifestyles, gradually building confidence, resilience, key skills and habits needed in the workplace.
When ready, we assist in finding appropriate vocational opportunities and can support employers to make reasonable adjustments to enable success.

We are...

A Community Interest Company (CIC) - A not for profit, social enterprise, funded via grants and donations.
Based in Waltham Forest, serving East London, West Essex and South Hertfordshire.
A member of the British Association of Supported Employment (BASE).
